SHIPPING

Motive currently only ships in the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option that you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, a shipping date estimate will appear on the shipping quotes page. We primarily use USPS to ship our products.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each product is listed on its individual product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns due to sanitary reasons. However, we care about your happiness! If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 15 days after receiving your order and we will work together to find a solution.
